When working with Diamond Global, you agree to the following terms:


Diamond Global reserves the right to use its sole discretion in refusing to print or Design anything it deems improper or known to be illegal. Diamond Global is not liable for any damages resulting from unwitting violation of copyright laws or illegal use of trade names or slogans. The client guarantees the legal title of all matter submitted to Diamond Global for printing and/or publication.


Prices posted on this website are subject to change without notice. Written estimates are good for 14 days unless otherwise stated on the quote or purchase order. An estimate not PAID within 14 days may be changed unless specified differently on the purchase order or in the written contract.

payment terms

All Print orders must be prepaid due to the speed of our turnaround unless noted in writing in a contract. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, Discover, PayPal, cash, money orders, purchase orders and cashiers checks. If you choose to pay by check or echeck, your order will not print until the check has cleared. This will cause a significant delay in your order. If you submit a check and there are insufficient funds we will charge a $50 Insufficient Funds Fee before reprocessing your order. Cash payments are accepted in person only and at the discretion of Diamond Global. Orders paid for by CASH will not be submitted for printing until cash is received. Under no circumstances will Diamond Global print a job COD or give credit terms. Purchase orders terms will be stated on the contract. Late fees on purhase orders will be assessed at 10%.


Diamond Global’s liability shall be limited to the stated selling price to the customer of any defective goods, and shall in no event include special, consequential, incidental, indirect or similar damages, including without limitation, lost profits. Diamond Global warrants that every product manufactured by it meets industry standard for such product and is free of any material defect in workmanship. IT IS EXPRESSLY AGREED THAT THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR USE AND MERCHANTABILITY. Diamond Global makes no other warranty and no actions or words of Diamond Global or its officers, employees or agents shall constitute a warranty.

Client alterations must be specified in writing and must include all corrections or changes from the original specifications. Such work will be charged at our current rates.


Please do not provide pictures of objects or people that you do not have authorized access to use.  Diamond Global assumes no responsibility for images you provide for your artwork to be completed.  It is our assumption that all images provided are being used under the appropriate licensing or expressed written permission.  For questions, please contact Diamond Global at 706-338-8002.


Diamond Global might use your product for samples or advertising purposes ONLY. Samples will not be used if the clients information is contains sensitive information and/or intellectual property as stated in the contract.

shipping & postal delivery times

All delivery dates are estimate. Diamond Global is not responsible for delays caused by the U.S. Post Office. Diamond Global has no control over the U.S. Postal Service, United Parcel Service or any other common carriers' delivery schedules and cannot guarantee when mail or shipments deposited with or released to these carriers will be delivered. Diamond Global responsibility is limited to preparing your mailing and completing delivery to the U.S. Postal Service. Under no circumstance is a refund or credit to be issued for cost of postage. The customer understands that additional fees may be levied if addresses or art provided does not meet postal regulations. These additional charges will be automatically billed to the credit card used in the original transaction. The customer cannot dispute charges for postage, additional postage or processing fees levied by USPS or Diamond Global due to negligence in following USPS guidelines. Under no circumstances is postage or additional fees refundable after the mail leaves our facility

finalization of print sales and refund policy

Due to the custom nature of your print job, all sales are final once they have entered production. All Sales Are Final.


refund/return policy for print

All sales are final. There are no returns on materials/flyersthat have been submitted for printing. Design fee refunds are handled on a case by case due to the intellectual property being delivered. There are no returns. Please review the file submission guidelines, cutt-off times, and file format requirements prior to ordering. Color is never guaranteed in gang run printing, and files not submitted EXACTLY according to the . Any reprint requests due to not meeting file guidelines are at full cost.

file preparation

When submitting your files, please submit them in JPG or TIFF format at 300dpi resolution with and 1/8" bleed. This means you should not place any words or logos within 1/8" of the edge of your flyer. For best quality, any other format provided is not guaranteed to match the file as you submitted and may not be processed.

**Flyers without a bleed may include a border to accommodate the necessary bleed**



By the time your job gets in our hands, all edits should be finalized, the copy carefully proofread and all design issues should be settled. We are not responsible for proofing any submitted jobs and we will not take any responsibility for any copy or design errors committed on your part.
