Below are Guidelines for Preparing your print job for press
postcards/flyers/posters
When submitting your files, please submit them in JPG,PDF, OR TIFF format at 300dpi resolution with and 1/8" bleed. This means you should not place any words or logos within 1/8" of the edge of your flyer .Although an 1/8 (.125) of an inch is the minimum, we strongly recommend you use a 1/4 inch (.25). For best quality, any other format provided is not guaranteed to match the file as you submitted and may not be processed.
** Please note that exact color matching is never guaranteed**
** All files submitted are converted to CMYK color mode for printing**
**For best results create files in CMYK mode*
**Flyers without a bleed may include a border to accommodate the necessary bleed**
What kind of A/V equipment is available in the Classrooms?
The two indoor classrooms have whiteboards, LCD projectors, screens, and a basic sound setup. The open air classroom, laboratory, and Rec Center have whiteboards. All classrooms have wireless internet. The classrooms are not equipped with computers so if you require a computer for your presentation needs, please let us know.
